Make sure that you always include the following on your fax or email:

Your full name, company or organization name.
A telephone number where you can be reached during business hours
(9AM - 5PM) and your complete address.
If possible please include a phone number where we can reach you after 5PM.
A fax number or email address where you would like us to send the work order confirmation.
The item # and a brief description of the item you want to order. Each item on the website has the available option for that item. Include those selections in your fax or email.

What you want engraved on your item
We also have a large variety of stock art available on the website which you can view by CLICKING HERE or you may use your custom logo or graphics. Upload your logo or graphics using the form below.
The date you need to pickup your items, or the date of your event if you want your order to be shipped. The complete shipping address needs to be included as well if it is different than your company address.
How you wish to pay for your order. Do not fax or email credit card information.
Options: Pay at store pickup or ship order - call for credit card information.
